Apartments and studios for 'business and travel'
We offer two apartments and two studios. The apartments can lodge two to four people and the studios are meant for two people. In total we can have 12 persons staying with us, thus ideal for larger groups.
The apartments and studios are equipped with all comfort: there's satellite tv and Internet in the room. Bicycles are available on request.
We like to welcome foreign workers who stay longer periods of time, as well as people that come to Gent for the UZG and of course the tourists.
The UZG is at a 100 meters. There's a big (and for free) parking lot in front and all kinds of shops are close by. Close to our house there's a student home, where they come to stay during their study at the University of Gent.

Situation:
- Central location close to the UZG, University, railway station 'St. Pieters' Flanders Expo, ICC, Kinepolis Gent (Decascoop), Topsporthal Gent and the Maaltecenter business complex. The old town center is at walking distance or 5 minutes by car.
- Very close to the motorways E17 and E40 and thus ideal for starting point on trips to Bruges, Lille, Antwerp, Brussels, aso. or to the sea side.

Prices
minimum stay of 2 nights
Prices:
1 person = 55 € per night
2 persons = 75 € per night
- 1 week stay for 1 to 2 people= 300 Euro
1 month stay for 1 to 2 people= 850 Euro - longer stays cost 15 Euro per day/person with 4 persons / apartment.
All use of amenities, taxes, regularly changing of bed- bath- and kitchen linen and cleaning are included.
